Description of the Position
The Deputy Chief of Party (COP) will be an agribusiness and/or youth engagement expert who will provide strategic leadership, management, and technical direction and support to the project team, client, and counterparts in the implementation of PSSA activities that support the development of private sector associations' capacity to facilitate opportunities in the agriculture sector that support youth entrepreneurs or youth-led businesses. The DCOP will be responsible for supervising a team of technical leads and reporting to the Chief of Party.
The DCOP and project team will be stationed in Dar es Salaam, and the job is contingent on Abt Associates winning the project.
