Role purpose:
To help Commercial Governance & Programme Management group in shipping of all CBU applications.
Key accountabilities;
I. Working with numerous stakeholders to make certain release dates and deliveries towards KPI objectives set in enterprise cases, which include making sure exceptional practises and alignment to described Governance process.
II. Timely escalations while objectives aren't being performed and monitoring of any challenge issues.
III. Ascertaining answers to make certain (revised) goal deliveries, which include challenge priotisation primarily based totally on sources and strategy.
IV. Ensuring well timed conversation and reporting is executed to CBU and the relaxation of applicable units.
V. End to End Management of the applications and the complete existence cycle of the applications as much as closure, and make certain right documentation.
