 Job Summary: 





 Leads and manages the organization`s HR techniques and time table in partnership with line control. Leads the extrade control tasks and manages the HR associated inner and outside communication. Shares the obligation for the transport of the organization`s techniques and plans. Identifies key, excessive appearing and excessive ability personnel and collaborates to broaden cost proposition techniques and plans for them 

 Key Responsibilities: 

 Acts because the number one HR reference touch for personnel and line control and proactively assist the transport of HR Processes.

Spearheads and champions agency layout and extrade in liaison with line control, broaden win-win and commercial enterprise aligned structural /personnel changes.

Leads, manages and executes the overall performance control framework HR (annual overall performance cycle and activities, reviews, appraisal, moderation, overall performance development programs, dealing with non-overall performance).

In liaison with the Resourcing Department, broaden and execute manpower plans, recruitment and selection.

In liaison with the HR Learning, Development and Talent Department discover and broaden schooling interventions to bridge personnel ability and commercial enterprise competency gaps, force and preserve the Talent Management approach and plans (discover, broaden and keep skills, designs succession plans for key skills and essential roles.

In liaison with the Employee Relations and Wellness Department, broaden and preserve an allowing paintings surroundings for personnel, implements personnel recognition, disciplinary and complaint dealing with rules and approaches for personal HR location.

In liaison with the Reward and Policy Department, broaden overall performance orientated praise and incentive propositions for personnel.

Develops, manages and or keeps relationships with INTERNAL / EXTERNAL customers/stakeholders/substances regarding personal HR Area: Staff, Heads of Department, Line Managers, Functional Directors, Regional Managers, and Branch Managers.

Maintain correct and regular data, statistics and facts regarding personal HR location

Requirements: 

 Bachelor`s Degree in HR Management OR a Business Related Field

Master`s diploma in Management OR a Business Related Field is an introduced advantage

Professional qualifications such in HR General or a particular location of HR
