Coordinate all institution reservations and all shipping requests for guests and personnel.
Create new Booking Codes and modify existing Booking Codes to include cancellations, date changes, block modifications, price adjustments and billing modifications.
Maintain blocks based on historical data and choose up reviews.
Monitor “trace” date on all organizations. Input rooming lists appropriately.
Review rooming lists prior to arrival for unique requests, spelling, reproduction profiles and billing instructions.
Ensure all VIP’s and Special Attention’s are cited within the profile and SMYKM are despatched for them.
Attend and Host Resume Meetings / Pre Con Meeting.
Prepare and speak Group Resumes and Group Action Plans within the Group pre con conferences.
Calculate Attrition prices inside 3 days of group departure. Liaise with all appropriate departments regarding organization desires.
Answer general inquiries ordinary of a reservations environment in a pleasant, timely and professional manner.
Answer all incoming calls and return all messages in a well timed way. Required to be the primary contact person in the Lodge for FAM journeys.
Prepare itineraries for all FAM journeys and speak the identical to all departments via email. Attend Weekly arrivals and Daily power meetings as required. Be the main contact on the Lodge for all wedding package inquiries
Coordinate with all departments in making sure the bridal ceremony is executed on the Lodge. Required to consciousness on imparting remarkable service.
Complete reservation transactions from start to finish within the laptop machine. Respond nicely in any inn emergency or safety situation.
Take reasonable care to perform responsibilities as advised and to save you injuries to self and others. Report any protection maintenance of gadget.
Identify and report risks. Follow the Hotel Policies and Procedures in relation to OH&S and Injury Management
