Manage NBC ltd correspondent banking relationships at a multinational level, route and refer business to most well-liked correspondents, monitor and generate reports on trade volumes between approved correspondents.
Ensure Trade Finance quarterly,semi-annually and  annual reviews ar conducted on time.
Report and alert relationship management and trade product team on outstanding quality positions, sales volumes and sales revenues for prime company banking customers.
Key driver for weekly/monthly monetary performance team conferences

Ensure quality book is growing to the united atmosphere level
Monitor trend/performance of web interest financial gain and non funded financial gain and push for utilization to attain the united revenue target

Oversee the set target per product. Responsibility over rating, positioning, service, method and growth.

Coordinate finish to finish  collating and analyzing client data on Trade Finance performance on a monthly basis by client and relationship manager. Flag client accounts showing reduced volumes and initiating remedial action through prescribed action plans.
Monitor, analyse and flow into income/performance reports for specially priced customers vis a vis volume thresholds established by the pinnacle of Trade Finance
Conduct monthly review of all Trade Finance shoppers on Associate in Nursing in progress  basis to deal with and supply solutions in instances wherever reduced volumes ar witnessed.
Monitoring and coverage financial gain earned  on non customers relationships.
Come up with relevant Trade and dealing capital initiatives reaching to increase Trade volume and revenue
Oversee Structured Trade and Commodities Finance portfolio along side LLC Trade connected by operating closely with cluster STCF team and individual RMs
 watching of monthly financial gain from the STCF facilities
To attend LLC and STCF conferences, and conferences with different segments once requested
Responsible to support growth of STCF phase, operating closely with RMs, Ops Bankers and different stakeholders 
Continuous learning on varied mechanics of STCF facilities and different Trade product.

Log all Risk and Loss events as a results of error or fraud highlighted within the department. make sure that the problems ar completely investigated and closed or escalated as per policy.
Ensure that the CIB team understands all Trade connected compliance needs and highlight gaps to the the specified authority
Ensure that all restrictive needs ar adhered to.
Arrange regular training/ information sharing sessions on Trade and dealing capital to the relevant stakeholders to reinforce basic understanding on the trade product
