ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT
Human Resources Officer reports to the Country Director, operates with lowest direction, and provides steerage to junior employees to make sure that operational and project objectives ar achieved. JOB PURPOSE

STANDARD MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
