To facilitate designing method for tea smallholders and monitor their implementation together with Agricultural Services Extension Director.
CAREER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collects and analyses information to be utilized in coming up with exercises; Coordinates all coming up with activities of Tea little Holders; Formulates and participates within the formulation investment methods in reference to new or enlargement of tea factories; Coordinates the preparation of annual, short and future plans for the tea little Holders; Reviews implementation process; Carries out initial project analysis and appraisal in terms of content and recommendation the Director General accordingly;
Ensures the gathering and correct keeping of all applied mathematics data; arrange, budget, monitor, coordinate and management all tea production operations of the tea smallholders; suggest policy which will increase total tea leaf leaf production; Carries out Annual Performance appraisal for all workers underneath him/her; and Performs the other connected duties as is also allotted by the Director General.
CAREER QUALIFICATION and skill
Bachelor’s Degree either in political economy, Agricultural political economy, Statistics or Business Administration from a recognized University with not but twelve (12) years operating expertise in senior management position within the Public service or honorable non-public organization with outstanding data in Tea business. A Master’s Degree or Post Graduate credential either in political economy, Agricultural political economy, Statistics or Business Administration are another advantage.
